Ms. Brooks has been practicing in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law since 2008. The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization has certified Ms. Brooks as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law.

Ms. Brooks focuses her practice on trust, probate, and conservatorship litigation at both the trial court and appellate court level. Ms. Brooks represents individuals and professional fiduciaries in a variety of litigated matters including financial elder abuse actions, removal and surcharge actions, contested conservatorships, probate and family law cross-over actions, will and trust contests, accounting disputes, and related civil claims.

Ms. Brooks advises clients on all aspects of trust, probate, and conservatorship administrations. She also provides estate planning services to meet her clients’ wealth transfer and tax goals, including the preparation of revocable living trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.
