Welcome to my profile page on Avvo!  Read more about this practice on .  My practice includes private consultations and advocacy extending to (1)  parents and guardians of children of any age who have regular education and special education issues (with Individualized Education Plans [IEPs]), including Other Health Impairments, (2) students in higher education, and (3) educators and faculty in public and private school systems, and in higher education.  In addition, I am certified as a Specialty Discipline Instructor to provide mandatory credit hour training in Early Childhood for Directors and Educators in early childhood through Pennsylvania's PA Keys [PQAS System].  The overall goal of this office is to reconcile people and schools through guidance, counsel and support in the steps to resolution.  My litigation and negotiation skills have led to positive results and closure for both families and institutions within the educational spectrum and beyond.
