I help attorneys at my firm with a variety of intellectual property work for our firm's clients. I also help clients resolve conflicts relating to intellectual property, whether they are being accused of infringing someone else's intellectual property rights or have intellectual property rights that someone else appears to be infringing. This involves things like helping write or reply to cease-and-desist letters and lawsuits about intellectual property rights.
