My real estate work includes partitions, quiet title, boundary disputes, and proceedings subsequent, representing landlords in drafting leases, rental advising, evictions and breach of lease litigation, and real estate transactions like parcel transfers. In my creditor's remedies practice, I work with individuals and businesses to recover outstanding debts, and help them enforce their judgments. I also help property owners and contractors file, enforce, and defend against mechanic's liens in residential and commercial construction disputes.
