Biography
Mr. Ambrose is an accomplished trial attorney having litigated hundreds of complex personal injury and commercial matters in State and Federal Court. For over twenty years his practice has emphasized the litigation and resolution of matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, toxic torts, civil rights, commercial litigation and domestic relations. He has successfully completed numerous jury and bench trials in Courts throughout Arizona. Mr. Ambrose has significant appellate experience having successfully briefed and/or argued cases to all Arizona Appellate Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Adept at handling personal injury matters for both plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. Ambrose successfully manages complex, multi-party and multi-issue lawsuits to completion. As a plaintiff’s attorney, he has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Ambrose is a long-term Arizona resident. He obtained his bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University in 1986 having represented the university’s debate and forensic team at competitions throughout the country. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arizona College of Law where he distinguished himself academically and as a Moot Court Board finalist. He has a long tradition of serving his community and the State Bar of Arizona.
