My firm has offices located in Vandalia, Ohio and in Centerville, Ohio.  My practice is limited to representing consumers in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Thomas F. Waldron Bankruptcy Law Forum and my firm is a BBB Accredited business.  I have spoken locally before members of the local bankruptcy bar, the Dayton Bar Association and for NBI Seminars. In addition, I have served as a member of the Local Bankruptcy Rules Committee and the planning committee for the 2012 Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Conference. I graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999 and obtained my undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University in 1986.
