My entire career as a lawyer has been dedicated to the practice of Immigration Law.  In 2002, I became Board Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law by The Florida Bar.  I am only one of approximately 70 lawyers in Florida with that designation.  I represent clients in jurisdictions all over the country and can practice immigration law in any state.  I handle all types of immigration cases such as family petitions, deportation and removal defense, naturalization, business immigration cases such as E, L, H and O visas, labor certifications, investor, student  and religious visas.  I have filed successful battered spouse cases for both male and female victims of domestic violence as well as U visa cases.  I have sued the government in federal court and I have been recognized as an expert witness in state court on immigration issues.  I have been extremely active in the South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  I have held numerous postions on their Board and was honored to serve as Chapter President from May 2007 to May 2008.  I won't do anything illegal or unethical (so don't ask) but I am aggressive and committed to giving you the highest quality representation available.  If I can be of service to you please feel free to call me at.
