Scott Gwartney was raised in Tallahassee, and graduated from The Florida State University College of Law.  His entire legal career has been based from his Tallahassee law offices, although he is a multi-state licensed attorney (FL, GA, TN, TX and VA).  He focuses his practice on medical litigation, with a primary focus on hospital claims and nursing home claims, working in courts throughout the states of Florida and Georgia.
