Biography
I have been an attorney for 38 yrs. primarily as a general practitioner and, therefore, I can handle almost any of your legal problems, questions and/or issues. I began as an Asst. District Attorney in Montgomery County, Pa., and after a few years in that position I became an Asst. Public Defender in Montgomery County, Pa., while also beginning my private practice in my hometown of Pottstown, Pa. Because of my initial 5-6 yrs. of practice in the Courthouse, i gained a tremendous amount of trial experience very early in my career. Although I am a general practitioner, I have continued as a Trial Attorney ever since .... I practice regularly in Berks, Chester, and of course Montgomery County.
Although I am experienced in Wills, Estates, Contracts, Real Estate purchases, Traffic Offenses, DUI, License Suspensions, Adoptions, Juvenile Law, and Drug Offenses, my concentration for many years has been in Workers Compensation, Auto Accident, Slip and Fall, and Medical Malpractice cases.
