Scott F. Hallauer is a Virginia Beach trial lawyer and former prosecutor and Navy JAG officer, and founder of Hallauer Law Firm. With more than 20 years of legal experience, he’s dedicated to serving clients through thorough representation, tenacious advocacy, and personal attention.
Mr. Hallauer was born into a military family as the son of a Navy pilot and was commissioned in the Navy JAG Corps in 1998. He was stationed as a defense attorney and lawyer in Norfolk and also served as the Independent Staff Judge Advocate for Naval Support Activity New Orleans while on active duty.
Mr. Hallauer left active duty as a civilian lawyer in 2002, and continues to serve our country in the United States Navy Reserve JAG Corps. He’s also served with the Naval Legal Service Office Mid Atlantic, Naval Network Warfare Command, and the U.S. Fleet Forces Command, among others.
