Scott Sheldon is a Business Attorney and Elder Law Attorney serving clients in Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and Orange County. He has successfully represented individuals and small businesses in connection with various matters involving: Breach of Contract, Fraud/Misrepresentation, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Wrongful Termination, Elder/Dependent Adult Abuse and Neglect, Will and Trust Disputes, and Conservatorships.

Scott is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Central District. He received his law degree from the esteemed University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a staff editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal and spent a semester as an Extern with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Prior to his legal career, Scott spent several years as a businessperson, including over three years as a Department Manager for a financial services firm providing customized financial services to non-profit specialty medical clinics. Scott received his B.S. in Business Administration/Finance, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from California State University Northridge.
