Scott Ugelstad is a personal injury attorney at Jason A. Baker Law Offices, PLLC. As a former prosecutor, Scott managed a large caseload from charging to verdict. He possesses an in-depth understanding of personal injury law and is passionate about using it to gain true justice for those injured. As a former insurance defense attorney, Scott gained knowledge that he now leverages in negotiation and litigation. Scott’s extensive experience in these areas enables him to put together the best legal strategy in service to his clients.

In his time away from the office, Scott is a board member of the Young Lawyers. He also enjoys long distance cycling and would like to further pursue his newfound interest, scuba diving. As a Washington State University graduate, he is also a devout fan of his alma mater.
