Sean Ingram is a Registered Patent Attorney.  Mr. Ingram’s practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law including patent, trademark, unfair competition, trade secret and copyright laws.  Mr. Ingram’s areas of technical focus include semiconductors, telecommunications, computer software, information technology, financial services, on-line authentication, business methods and Internet-related inventions.  Mr. Ingram’s expertise includes prosecution, litigation and licensing.  Mr. Ingram has significant experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, federal district courts, state courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission.  Mr. Ingram is licensed to practice law in Florida, Virginia and the District of Columbia and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.  He earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond and both M.S.E.E. and B.S.E.E. degrees from Virginia Tech.  Mr. Ingram was formerly a Patent Examiner and frequently lectures on Intellectual Property issues.
