Sean M. Foldenauer is a highly-regarded civil litigation and trial attorney. He is the founding attorney of Foldenauer Law Group, APLC, located in San Diego, California. The firm's practice is devoted 100% to litigation and resolution of business disputes, personal injury and wrongful/accidental death cases. For over 17 years, Mr. Foldenauer has successfully represented accident victims and small to medium sized business owners in state and federal court.

On June 30, 2014, the San Diego Business Journal named Mr. Foldenauer to its inaugural "Best of the Bar 2014" list. The list recognizes top San Diego attorneys in private practice as selected by their peers. Mr. Foldenauer was chosen as one of “the most outstanding in San Diego” among more than 650 attorneys who received votes. He is featured in a special supplement issue. 

Mr. Foldenauer is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, the Association of Business Trial Attorneys, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. He has been licensed to practice law since 1997 and has been a frequent invited guest speaker on the practice of civil litigation at Thomas Jefferson and California Western schools of law.

 
Mr. Foldenauer received his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, at Northridge (cum laude, 1993) and Law Degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, (cum laude, 1996), where he was Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Justice Journal (Law Review) and recipient of many academic awards.

On a personal note, Mr. Foldenauer is an accomplished musician and graduate of the Grove School of Music, in Los Angeles. He and his wife keep busy raising three young children.
