Attorney Sean M Murphy practices in areas of Estate Planning, Landlord Tenant, Civil Litigation, Probate Litigation, Business, Land Use, and Personal Injury.

He is a U. S. Navy veteran and was awarded the Navy Achievement Metal, an Armed Forces Expeditionary Metal, a Good Conduct Metal, and received citations. He was honorably discharge in 1999.

Attorney Murphy’s experience goes beyond the legal field and includes; starting and running small businesses, commercial construction and development, many years as a HUD Approved Real Estate Appraiser, and was an electrician. He also has experience in business valuation and was trained at the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA).

He graduated Cum Laude (in the top 12% of his class) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school he was a member of Law review and took part in Thomas Jefferson’s Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Attorney Murphy’s volunteer work includes; Attorney of the day in Brockton Probate and Housing Courts, Small Claims Mediator, and Youth Basketball Coach.
