Sean is an associate in the firm’s Construction & Design practice group, specializing in construction litigation. He represents institutional and individual owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors and construction managers in various commercial, real estate and construction disputes, involving construction and design defects, delay claims, professional liability, breaches of contract, negligence, fraud, property damage, breaches of fiduciary duties, employment and labor law, mechanic’s liens and adjacent construction issues.  Sean also advises owners in adjacent construction disputes, which includes the negotiating and drafting of necessary license agreements.  Sean approaches each legal dispute with an acute awareness of his client’s business, legal and personal goals to provide appropriately tailored legal advice and services to achieve the most desirable outcomes.  

 

Sean obtained his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Boston College in 2007, earning a degree in Communications with a minor in History.  Sean graduated cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 2010, where he was the Executive Articles Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.  Sean has previously interned with Judge P. Kevin Castel in the Southern District of New York, Justice Stephen A. Bucaria in the Nassau County Supreme Court, Commercial Division, and Justice Gregory Lasak in the Queens County Supreme Court, Criminal Term.
