Mr. Tsai's practice involves civil business litigation with a special emphasis on insurance coverage litigation and telecommunications litigation. He has experience in all aspects of litigation including: discovery, law and motion practice, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, binding arbitration, mediation/settlement conferences, and trial. He is a licensed mediator. He is also experienced in federal and state consumer warranty law and TCPA compliance.  Mr. Tsai joined The Aguilera Law Group as an associate attorney in December 2014. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced business and real estate litigation in the San Gabriel Valley. He has extensive experience with California consumer warranty (lemon) law, Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases, and the Consumers Legal Remedies Act. He volunteers at the Monterey Park Legal Clinic.
