Mr. Gould has specialized in business litigation since 1991, and has extensive first-chair trial experience in a wide variety of lawsuits and arbitrations, including automotive/franchise, supplier, shareholder, fraud and other business disputes.  Mr. Gould is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating of legal ability and ethical standards, as established by confidential opinions from members of the Michigan Bar.  He has also been named a Michigan Super Lawyer for business litigation, 2007 – 2013.  Mr. Gould is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society with membership limited to 3,500 Fellows, in recognition of excellence among American litigation and trial counsel across all segments of the bar.
