Seth D. Kirschenbaum holds many leadership positions in elite legal organizations. He too possesses more than 30 years of experience in the practice of law, having served as a trial attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia. Georgia Trend Magazine has named him as a member of the Legal Elite. He is also a member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia and the past criminal law representative on the Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism. Seth is also a past President of the Atlanta Bar Association, a nearly 6,000 lawyer association. He received the Charles E. Watkins, Jr. Award from the Atlanta Bar Association and the Randolph Thrower Lifetime Achievement Award from the Committee to Promote Inclusion in the Profession of the State Bar of Georgia.

In 2013 Seth was rated by Super Lawyers as one of the Top 10 Lawyers in Georgia. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer for the past 10 years. Nick has been consistently selected by Super Lawyers since 2005.
