Mr. Gomm works on a range of matters and transactions including strategic alliances and joint ventures; entity selection and formation; venture capital and private equity financings; mergers and acquisitions; securities; nonprofit organization formation and governance; government relations; and various commercial, intellectual property, real estate, employment and general corporate law matters.

Mr. Gomm currently is an attorney at Spaulding Gomm, P.C. and primarily acts as outside general counsel for several small and midsized companies.  Mr. Gomm's executive business experience in operations management and finance coupled with his legal acumen enables him to develop a deep understanding of his clients' business objectives and to formulate effective strategies and work product to meet those objectives.  Before Mr. Gomm joined Spaulding Gomm, P.C., he was an attorney in the Colorado corporate law division of Kamlet Reichert, LLP, now known as Lathrop & Gage, LLP.

In addition, Mr. Gomm is proficient in Japanese and has taught Japanese and English classes in both the United States and Japan.
