Shad's practice is focused on business and real estate transactions, and estate planning and estate administration.

Shad assists business owners, individuals, and groups involved in various aspects of business and real estate matters, including start-up business ventures, contract drafting and review, real estate purchases and sales, lease negotiations, and other real estate title transactions (such as easements and co-ownership arrangements, and situations involving clearing or quieting title).

Shad also represents clients in estate planning, and assists fiduciaries in trust and probate estate administration matters. 

A native of Orem, Utah, Shad is a 2008 graduate of Brigham Young University with degrees in history and political science. He subsequently graduated cum laude from Gonzaga Law School in 2011, where he also served as Business Editor on the Gonzaga Law Review Editorial Board. Shad is currently enrolled in the Taxation LL.M (Masters of Laws) program at the University of Washington, with graduation expected in 2021.
