Shai Oved was born in Israel but moved to the United States before elementrary school.  He was raised in the San Fernando Valley, excelled through the Los Angeles Unified School District, and ultimately graduated from UCLA with a degree in Business Economincs.  He obtained his California real estate broker's license and was one of the youngest attorneys to pass the California Bar Examination after completing Whittier Law School 1996.  He also obtained a degree in tax law from Golden Gate University.  Shai Oved is a Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. The Law Offices of Shai Oved is a debt relief agency which helps people file for bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Code and provides other legal and professional services related to business, real estate and construction matters.
