Biography

Shane Moriarty began his career practicing in the field of complex civil litigation. He's experienced in defending clients against a variety of construction defects, professional liability, property damage, toxic tort, and personal injury claims. This experience made him familiar with defense strategies involved in many types of litigation.

Mr. Moriarty joined Pendergast Law to follow his passion of defending the rights of, and pursuing justice for, the injured. He doesn’t consider practicing law his career, he considers it his mission, and this is reflecting in the good work he does for his clients.
