As a personal injury attorney and Managing Partner of Mullen & Mullen Law Firm, Shane represents the interests of those who have been injured by the negligence of a 3rd party in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Texas) and in St Louis (Missouri). He focuses his practice on all types of accident injuries, work injuries, wrongful death, premises liability claims (slips, trips, falls) and more. Injuries are all he does.

Shane has built substantial experience in personal injury law. His achievements include more than $2 million in compensation for the victim of a drunk driver, $1.1 million in a car accident case, $1 million for a truck accident victim, over $900,000 for a work injury, $650,000 for an improperly secured trailer, $574,000 for a pedestrian accident, and $500,000 for a person injured in a boating accident. He was chosen as a Texas SuperLawyer Rising Star for three consecutive years, and is also a lifetime member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums. Shane was also selected as one of the top injury attorneys in Dallas for 2018 by Three Best Rated.

In 1998, Mr. Mullen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver. He then attended South Texas College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2001. While working towards his law degree, Shane worked for Mullen & Mullen Law Firm as an investigator on personal injury cases, learning the intricacies associated with these types of legal matters. Having that inside understanding enables him to direct his investigators more effectively as an attorney.
