Shannon Kelly is an Attorney at Shannon Law Offices.

Shannon has been a member of the Kentucky Bar Association since 2009.  He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, D.C., and he is accredited to prosecute claims for Veterans Benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Shannon received his law degree from Barry University School of Law.  He earned the book award (highest grade) in Environmental Law, and he obtained a concentration in Children's & Family Law.

Prior to attending law school, Shannon graduated from Concord University with a double major in Political Science and Geography.
