Shannon Melton is a partner and litigator with the law firm of Wilson Melton, LLC. Shannon focuses his practice on representing employees during some of the worst times of their lives, after they have suffered embarrassing and humiliating discrimination or retaliation at the hands of their employers. In order to help aggrieved Hoosier employees all across Indiana, Shannon practices in Indiana state courts as well as both the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts. Shannon has served as lead counsel in cases involving employment discrimination and/or retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and state wage and hour laws.
