Biography

I try to help clients make the best use of an initial interview as possible by encouraging them to bring as much financial information with them to the initial interview as they can. I do this so that I can help the client understand the range of results likely if their case is tried (assuming the information they provide is accurate) and upon what the range depends.

Knowing the likely result of a trial helps the client and I decide together on the strategy which is most likely to be both effective and cost effective, set a reasonable budget for the case and helps the client recognize a good settlement offer should one be made.
