Brennan provides legal advice in real estate matters, including acquisition and development issues and agreements,§1031 tax-deferred exchanges,disposition agreements, leases, construction contracts, and zoning, permit and other governmental . Brennan also advises on business formation,vendor, entertainment, promotion and marketing agreements, and financial transactions and structures, including opinion . Brennan obtained her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School (May 1987), where she was a member of Notre Dame Law .
