Shawn Boyle is General Counsel for Brad Hall & Associates, Inc. In this position, Shawn manages all legal, compliance, and insurance related issues. Additionally, he oversees all litigation and collection matters. He has been lead attorney on numerous acquisitions and buyouts. Shawn is Brad Hall & Associates first General Counsel.

Prior to joining Brad Hall & Associates, Shawn practiced in a small law firm in Idaho Falls along side two outstanding attorneys with over 60 years of experience between them. While there, Shawn managed a broad spectrum of cases involving personal injury, real estate, bankruptcy, criminal, and business law. 

Shawn received his law degree from the University of Idaho. While in law school, Shawn was a member of Idaho Law Review. Shawn also graduated "with Distinction" because of his commitment to Pro Bono work. He holds a degree in business administration from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
