Shawn started his practice in 2001 with his focus solely on advocating for those struggling with how to be a successful advocate for their loved ones through proper estate planning and asset protection.  Shawn built his practice on his mission of making sure people not only know they have options when it comes to Elder Law, but also that they have an understanding of their options and a solid plan of how to best accomplish them. Whether it is through helping his clients create an estate plan, or helping clients navigate through the process of various nursing home issues or estate administration after a loved one’s passing, Shawn is a local, specialized Elder Law attorney ready to help and educate.
