The philosophy of the Dominy Law Firm is to represent few clients with excellence rather than many clients with mediocrity.  We only represent clients in central Ohio, and we only represent clients in the following limited practice areas: DUI/OVI, criminal offenses, serious vehicular crimes, and record expungement/sealing.  Our firm only accepts a limited number of clients so we can provide 'personal service when results matter'.  

I authored four books:  the Ohio DUI/OVI Guide, the Ohio Expungement Guide, the Ohio Vehicular Homicide Guide, and the Ohio Vehicular Assault Guide.  Those books are available for purchase online, and PDF versions of the books can be downloaded for free from the website of the Dominy Law Firm.

I am the past President of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Ohio's delegate to the National College for DUI Defense, and a founding member of the national DUI Defense Lawyers Association.
