Dennis Blunt practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on business disputes including business torts and insurance company solvency and regulation. He is an experienced trial litigator having represented plaintiffs, defendants, and regulators across a wide spectrum of industries including education, public utilities, health care, state and municipal government, insurance, and financial institutions on a regional and national basis. He has tried matters involving corporate governance, having represented clients in directors and officers litigation involving complex claims of business misconduct, fraud, civil RICO, procurement, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair trade practices. His business litigation practice has also included handling Louisiana state and local tax disputes.

Mr. Blunt has further represented several large employers in employment matters including wage and hour collective action litigation. He has significant experience handling large scale litigation involving significant issues of electronic document preservation and handling e-discovery disputes, having also lectured on e-discovery related topics.
