Sherene De Palma brings over two decades of legal experience to her clients, combining deep litigation skills with a commitment to conflict resolution. A graduate of Pace University, she earned her Juris Doctor in 1999 and an MBA in International Finance in 1994. During her time at Pace, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Law Review and later became a Professor of Law. She began her career as a federal law clerk for the Honorable Charles L. Brieant in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, an experience that shaped her understanding of judicial decision-making.
Sherene has held key positions at top law firms, including Coudert Brothers and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where she handled high-value litigation in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, construction, and securities. In 2012, she co-founded Hannon De Palma & Associates LLC, a full-service litigation and mediation firm focused on delivering results-driven legal solutions.
Beyond the courtroom, Sherene has been an active community leader and elected official in New York. She continues to shape the legal field as an adjunct professor at Pace University, guiding aspiring attorneys in professional development and legal strategy.
