I am a hard driven problem solver and experienced litigator recognized for tenacious and creative approaches to solving my clients' litigation needs and business challenges. I have almost 30 years of experience in representing leaders in the construction, business, finance, real estate, development, and hospitality achieved a preeminent AV Martindale Hubbell rating of 5.0 in 2005, which is the highest, five star rating that can be achieved by Martindale Hubbell.  

I have represented large and small business owners, entrepeneurs, and individuals to solve their legal and business problems. I have handled many types of matters inlcuding landlord/tenant to $100 million+ complex construction litigation matters. With respect to real estate matters, I have handled everything from minor lien issues to multi-million dollar contract disputes and boundary disputes. When a client's problem cannot be solved without litigation, I have successfully taken the matter to trial and through the appellate process. I am admitted to all of the State and Federal Courts in Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. I am experienced in State Circuit Courts, Federal Courts, and Bankruptcy Courts throughout Florida.
