Biography

Shimon received a scholarship to the University of Baltimore to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, where he graduated magna cum laude. After graduating, Shimon applied and was accepted to the University of Baltimore’s School of Law, and its Master’s degree program. There he earned his Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration.

Shimon was a Baltimore City Public Defender for nearly fifteen years. There he learned to fight for his clients, to defend fearlessly and relentlessly. Now, he’s here for you.
