Biography
I focus my practice on representing businesses and individuals in a variety of complex and general commercial matters, including real estate litigation and transactions, business litigation, appellate litigation, and creditor’s rights. I pride myself on working closely with my clients to not only provide them with the most effective and efficient legal representation, but to also develop successful business solutions and forward-thinking strategies.
I graduated summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, receiving numerous academic awards and earning a class rank of 2 out of 302 graduates. While in law school, I served as research assistant to Professor Olympia Duhart; was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Nova Trial Association, and Jewish Student Lawyer Association; and competed in various moot court and trial advocacy competitions, including as advocate and brief writer in the prestigious Jerome Prince Memorial Competition at Brooklyn Law School.
