Spiro started out as the DUI Prosecutor for the 6th Circuit, where he handled several hundred DUI's throughout the circuit. During his time as a prosecutor, Spiro went against some of the best defense attorney's in the area in DUI defense, and learned quite a bit during his time as a Prosecutor. 

Spiro went into private practice and has opened his own office in Chester, SC where he practices now. His firm is a general practice firm, where he takes on numerous cases such as DUI defense, Family Law/Divorce, Personal Injury,  Wills and Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation.  Spiro says: "I feel like you have to know how to prosecute a DUI in order to properly defend it. Going to trial as a prosecutor in front of different juries teaches you alot of things and has definitely helped me, not only become a better trial lawyer, but a better lawyer overall

Spiro uses his experience as a Prosecutor when defending DUI's, defending other criminal charges, family court/divorces, personal injuriy cases, and civil litigation as well.
