S. Mark Mathews is a partner with Mathews & Mathews Co., L.P.A. established in 1946. He is admitted practice in both Ohio and Kentucky and before the U.S. Supreme Court and all Ohio and Kentucky state courts and agencies.  Mr. Mathews was appointed special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General in 2007 and continues in that capacity today. Mr. Mathews earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree in Business and Taxation from Capital University, his Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan Cooley Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Ohio Northern University.  He is a member of the Cincinnati Estate Planning Council and is also a member of the American, Ohio, Cincinnati and Kentucky Bar Associations.
