Biography

I grew up in Bellows Falls and am a fifth-generation Vermonter. After high school, I relocated to Southeast Alaska where I lived for well over a decade. Before returning to Vermont to attend law school, I spent many years commercial fishing in the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska. When not at sea, I worked as a residential carpenter and rock and ice-climbing instructor.

I am of-counsel at Martin & Associates and the principal of Ricci Law, PLC in Windsor, VT. I currently practice law with an emphasis on plaintiff’s personal injury, employment discrimination and unlawful termination, and general civil litigation.
