I own and manage a successful Trust and Estate Planning and Corporate Respresentation Law Practice in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area.  My focus is providing financial, inheritance and settlement planning for families with supplemental needs children or relatives.  I assist clients with distributions from retirement plans, business succession planning, charitable giving, and estate planning and administration to reduce federal estate taxes and effect meaningful legacies.  I represent closely held business organizations, including family owned businesses and profecssional practices.  I draft and negotiate complex contractual service arrangements, employment, compensation and confidentiality agreements. I am a member in good standing of the Georgia and Florida State Bar Associations.
