Stefano V. D’Agostino represents clients in the areas of Business Law, Personal Injury, Family Law, Estate Planning and Civil Litigation. He also accepts a limited number of criminal matters, including criminal appeals, and has argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Prior to starting his own private practice, Attorney D’Agostino was a Junior Partner at a Boston-based business law and litigation firm.

Attorney D’Agostino earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Lasell College and a Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law, where he was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in his law class in the study of Writing and Legal Research.

Attorney D’Agostino has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 2011 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Additionally, Attorney D’Agostino is a certified Massachusetts E911 Emergency Medical Dispatcher, Massachusetts Real Estate Broker, and Notary Public.
