Stephen A. Unsworth has over 30 years of experience in estate planning and business law.  Stephen directs the Legacy Wealth Planning group and devotes his practice primarily to estate planning, elder law, asset protection and business mission is to provide quality estate planning resources, such as assistance with Living Trusts, Wills (simple & complex), Probate, Trust Administration, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Medicaid and Special Needs Planning and Family Limited Partnerships.

Stephen was previously a member of the Board of Governors for the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA), a national membership organization serving the needs of legal professionals concentrating on estate planning. 

Through the Academy's comprehensive training and educational programs on state-of-the-art estate planning law and techniques, the AAEPA fosters excellence in estate planning among its members and helps them deliver the highest possible service to their clients.
