Biography

I have over twenty eight years of experience practicing law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. My trial practice includes civil litigation, premises liability claims, and personal injury claims in all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Aside from my trial experience, I have experience in govenmental affairs and lobbying.

The areas of my heaviest concentration for practice and mediation have been in the following fields: personal injury law; premesis liability; insurance contract disputes; insurance law and claims; and construction law.
