Stephen Balukh was born and raised in the former Soviet Union. He attended Lviv State University and graduated with a master’s degree in science and engineering. He then received a Juris Doctor with Honors from Concord School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Stephen is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. Currently, Stephen is the principal of Balukh Law, and he is a lawyer who never backs down from a good fight for justice. Stephen is a skilled and aggressive advocate for the rights of injured people and those whose rights are violated. He enjoys playing chess, traveling, kayaking, and hiking in his spare time.
