I represent mineral owners, oil and gas producers, landowners and mortgage lenders in oil and gas, real estate and probate matters. I practiced law in Houston, Texas for eight years before relocating to New Mexico in 1994. I have tried more than 45 cases in state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals in Texas, Louisiana and New Mexico. In the area of oil and gas, I assist clients in areas including lease negotiation, mineral sales, pooling of minerals, surface use, joint operating agreements, title curative, royalty accounting, and oil and gas management.  In the area of real estate, I assist clients in matters including foreclosure, mortgage loan workouts, regulatory compliance, easements, and title issues.  I also help clients solve problems presented in probate, trust and corporate matters.
