Biography

I have been a practicing lawyer fo over 30 years, specializing in business litigatoin with a subspecialty in insurance coverage and defense of insurance litigaiton. I hanlde a variety of cases including breach of fiduciary duty, real estate, construction. professional liability and shareholder and partnership disputes. I have taken cases to trial however I have extensivie experieince in settling cases through mediation. i am a member of a firm with offices throughout California and in New York and in Las Vegas. I am a member of the California and Nevada bar. Our firm has a depth of experience in other areas of law which I can draw upon to fully service a client's needs.
