Biography

Mr. Almy has experience in representing Defendants in criminal cases, including felony DWI, gun possession, a variety of misdemeanors, and traffic tickets. His experience in civil litigation includes representing construction companies as plaintiff and defendant, estate litigation, personal injury cases, and Small Claims Court. He has appeared in Court throughout New York State.

Mr. Almy is admitted to practice law in New York State. He received his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Albany where he received his Bachelor’s Degree.

Mr. Almy is the attorney advisor for the Loudonville Christian School mock trial team, which competes in the New York State Bar Associations’ mock trial tournament. When he is not working, Mr. Almy enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and spending time at home with his wife and two dogs.
