Stephen M. Bennett is an experienced attorney licensed in North Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College and received his Masters in Healthcare Administration. He later graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Mr. Bennett’s practice areas include General Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Business Law, Land Use Development, and Estate Planning. He has handled many cases in the North Carolina District Court, the North Carolina Superior Court, the North Carolina Business Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and the Federal Court.

Mr. Bennett represents landowners and developers before county and municipal boards and councils. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, and the Union County Bar Association. He was named Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite in 2024 in the field of Litigation.
