When you call my office, you get me, not a receptionist or secretary.  They only answer if I'm unavailable.  Voicemails receive prompt return calls.  I've been doing this quite a while and I understand how clients appreciate personal attention and prompt response.

I have done thousands of residential real estate closings and I'm very familiar with conventional, FHA and VA mortgages.  I also handle commercial real estate transactions, commercial leases and foreclosures.  I am frequently appointed by the Superior Court to conduct foreclosure auctions.  I also frequently represent landlords in landlord-tenant disputes.

When not working, I enjoy international travel and outdoor activity.  I am an avid skier, sailor and kayaker.  I enjoy hiking, bicycling, and rollerblading (even at my age).  I've been married to the same woman for 45 years and I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
