My representation of you will provide results, through my experience as a trial lawyer and my integrity in our industry.   I began my career as a defense lawyer where I worked with and defended the insurance industry.  As a defense lawyer, I tried many cases to verdict while defending insurance companies before I began my job as a Plaintiff's lawyer over a decade ago.  When you hire me I bring the unique experience of seeing both sides of a dispute to evaluate and handle your case.  I know what the other side is thinking and how they will defend the case against you since I was on that side in the past.  This in invaluable in winning your case.  

I will give you the information and answers you need to understand what happened to you and your family.  I will then give you the best advice on what to do next.  If we proceed with your case I will be proactive, I will fight hard for you and will keep you informed throughout the process.  I am not a litigator, I am a trial lawyer who will present the best case possible in a court room if the defense is unwilling to resolve the case.  I have many of the largest verdicts and settlements in personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability.   In 2014 I achieved what is believed to be one of the largest personal injury settlements in Ohio history.
